Hardgainer Protein for weight gain

Simple carbs quick energy

Most of us have been in situations where we're so tired and worn out that we simply cannot continue with our workouts. If this sounds like you, maybe you need some simple carbs midway through your workout to boost up your energy levels.

This is especially true for hardgainers who are trying to put on some extra mass.

White bread:

White bread is a great way to get in some simple carbohydrates. Eat white bread before you workout for better energy levels during your workout. Also eat white bread after you workout to help the muscle recovery process.

Good for Hardgainers

White bread is also a good way to put on some extra fat if you don't workout right away. Ultimately, you're trying to gain weight and a little fat definitely won't hurt a hardgainer.

Hardgainer - Track diet statistics

If you want to gain weight the most important part of your training other than actually training is eating. In order to eat correctly and actually gain any weight you have to keep track of what you eat.

Traditionally keeping track is not fun!

Traditionally you would've had to keep track of everything simply by reading the label, copying everything onto a piece of paper, and then adding everything up at the end of the day. As most of us know, this is a pain.

Started the P90X

I am a hardgainer working the P90X. I know, how well will it work for me right? I am thinking the same thing. So far I have done

  • Chest | Back - Completed the workout. I had to do some knee pushups, but overall, I was pretty happy with my performance.
  • Plyometrics - This was definitely difficult, but I still completed this section with a few extra breaks in between the workouts.

The P90X has been a kill, but it most definitely works. I will continue to keep you guys updated with my workouts and how they go. So far, the P90X is a killer.

Camp Kresge

I realize that's not quite summertime will although this is true it's never too early to begin another camping trip. I remember last year's camping trip. I went to Detroit Lake with some family and friends and we ended up staying there for about a week or to do some fishing. Good times it was their in Detroit. I remember my friend Sean caught 6 pound trout. It was pretty intense although he believes is quite insulting. I still think he did a good job. Other than fishing, we didn't do much else on the camping trip. However, we did enjoy some nice boat rides. I don't know a world for next year, but I'm sure that it will definitely be a good time. Anyway, to get to the point of this post I was checking out this NY Summer Camp. Camp Kresge is the Wilkes-Barre family YMCA camping facility. It's also the conference and retreat center. The camp is quite large and actually contains over 1000 acres property. Camp Kresge is located in Pennsylvania just south of Wilkes-Barre. I checked out the Internet website and I thought that it looked very interesting. This is definitely something that I will have to bring up to my friends. If you're looking for something to do next summer this definitely something that I recommend.
