A hardgainers ultimate goal

Alright hardgainers. Time for another tip. Before I go into this, I just want to say that it's sometimes difficult giving out hardgainer tips. Sometimes it's just really easy to run out of things to say simply because there really isn't that much to gaining weight. So bare with me if I repeat myself throughout a few of my posts because it will probably happen. A hardgainers ultimate goal
So why do you want to gain weight? That's the main question that I have for you. I ask this because knowing why you want to put on muscle mass is actually the most important part of your pregame training. Why do you want to gain weight?
  1. For the ladies.
  2. To better be able to defend myself.
  3. To look like Zac Efron.
  4. To better your health.
  5. To give you more confidence.
  6. To not be the skinny dude in town.
  7. All of the Above.

Gain weight for you and you only!

Everyone has personal reasons for wanting to gain weight. Some guys want to do it for the laides and some simply want to do it to show that they can. Whatever the reason, just make sure that you do it for you! Don't gain weight for the ladies. Don't do it to not be the skinny guy in town.

Gain weight for another cause... FAIL

If you try to gain weight for other people and not yourself, you will likely fail. It's like me trying to start a blogging career just to prove people wrong. Sorry guys, it's just not going to work. With that being said, try to gain weight for you and you only.
