Alright hardgainers. Time for another tip. Before I go into this, I just want to say that it's sometimes difficult giving out hardgainer tips. Sometimes it's just really easy to run out of things to say simply because there really isn't that much to gaining weight. So bare with me if I repeat myself throughout a few of my posts because it will probably happen.


So why do you want to gain weight? That's the main question that I have for you. I ask this because knowing why you want to put on muscle mass is actually the most important part of your pregame training. Why do you want to gain weight?
- For the ladies.
- To better be able to defend myself.
- To look like Zac Efron.
- To better your health.
- To give you more confidence.
- To not be the skinny dude in town.
- All of the Above.
