I am going to be blunt. A hardgainer must be consistent in order to gain weight.
Skipping
  • Meals
  • Workouts
  • And sleep
can make gaining muscle a lot harder than it actually is.

Skinny but Fat

I know it may sound ridiculous, but it's possible to be skinny but fat especially if you're a hardgainer. I know, it's weird huh?

How to get ripped

If you're skinny, but fat, getting ripped shouldn't be too difficult. Sure, it will take some consistency. However, what doesn't? If you want to get ripped and get rid of that extra fat then do the following:
  1. Eat Healthier.
  2. Run 20 minutes 3-5 times a week.
  3. Work your abs 3-5 times a week.
  4. Do some major toning.
If you do this, you should start to shed off some of that extra fat. So yes, it's possible to be skinny and fat.

Pool Cues for a great deal

Back in August my girlfriend, family, and I went to Lake Tahoe. It was awesome. The house had Wi-Fi... Well, actually I 'borrowed' the internet from somebody else. There was also a cool pool table also. I have a miniature pool table at my house, but this pool table was a full-sized one. It was pretty fun to be able to play. Pool Cues for a great deal

Eat 6 meals a day to gain weight.

If you're a hardgainer, it's important to get in
  • Plenty of calories
  • And food high in nutritional value.
This can sometimes be hard to do if you only eat 3 times a day, which is why it's important to eat 6 smaller meals, or even 7 smaller meals a day, if you're trying to gain weight.
Eat 6 meals a day to gain weight

When you eat 6 meals a day, you're

  1. Not as hungry throughout the day.
  2. Not as likely to have stomache problems.
  3. Not as likely to eat something unhealthy.
  4. Not as likely to midnight snack.

When you eat 6 meals a day you will have

  3. And you'll be more likely to eat healthier and get in more calories.

Overworking muscles is bad!

Are you overworking out? Are you not allowing your body or maybe even a specific muscle group not enough time to heal? If so, this could be your problem when it comes to gaining weight.

Alright hardgainers. Time for another tip. Before I go into this, I just want to say that it's sometimes difficult giving out hardgainer tips. Sometimes it's just really easy to run out of things to say simply because there really isn't that much to gaining weight. So bare with me if I repeat myself throughout a few of my posts because it will probably happen. A hardgainers ultimate goal
So why do you want to gain weight? That's the main question that I have for you. I ask this because knowing why you want to put on muscle mass is actually the most important part of your pregame training. Why do you want to gain weight?
  1. For the ladies.
  2. To better be able to defend myself.
  3. To look like Zac Efron.
  4. To better your health.
  5. To give you more confidence.
  6. To not be the skinny dude in town.
  7. All of the Above.

Gain weight for you and you only!

Everyone has personal reasons for wanting to gain weight. Some guys want to do it for the laides and some simply want to do it to show that they can. Whatever the reason, just make sure that you do it for you! Don't gain weight for the ladies. Don't do it to not be the skinny guy in town.

Gain weight for another cause... FAIL

If you try to gain weight for other people and not yourself, you will likely fail. It's like me trying to start a blogging career just to prove people wrong. Sorry guys, it's just not going to work. With that being said, try to gain weight for you and you only.

It's a Hardgainer's Halloween

Alright hardgainers. This post is a little bit different than my regular posts because it is in fact almost Halloween time. With that being said, where will you guys be picking up your costumes?

Halloween Costumes Online or at a Store?

Do you plan to purchase your Halloween costume online, or do you plan to purchase it at one of your local Halloween Costume Stores? I am personally going to purchase my costume at a Halloween store. It's what I have always done. I am thinking about getting some Movie Costumes this year for my family and friends. However, I am still undecided.

My girlfriend and I were actually thinking about being Aladin and Jasmine, but I have been checking out some more movie costumes and have also been thinking about being Shrek or TV cartoon character Spongebob.

If you're a hardgainer, you must start packing your lunch. Skipping meals is the number one reason that hardgainer's don't end up putting on weight. Remember a hardgainer musteat 6 meals a day to gain weight.
