I am a hardgainer working the P90X. I know, how well will it work for me right? I am thinking the same thing. So far I have done
- Chest | Back - Completed the workout. I had to do some knee pushups, but overall, I was pretty happy with my performance.
- Plyometrics - This was definitely difficult, but I still completed this section with a few extra breaks in between the workouts.
The P90X has been a kill, but it most definitely works. I will continue to keep you guys updated with my workouts and how they go. So far, the P90X is a killer.

How is the P90X working for ya?
I've been on P90X for a couple of months now. It's working great, but I honestly think there's too much cardio in there for hardgainers and I'm starting to have my doubts. It's great to have this solid basis, however I think it's really designed for people who need to lose some fat before they build up.
It is likely more performance-based than size-based which isn't bad for most people.
totally agree that its designed for overweight people, read the hardgainer sources u need to replace cardio kenpo plyo etc withlight exercise eat alot and sleep alot. its stilla great allround workout, but needs to be amended for us skinnies
